We have been looking after Holidaymakers since 1982. This year we will serve around 6000 passengers travelling to the resorts of Southern Turkey. This number is set to double in time for the 2008 Season. We manage 300 properties in the resorts of Saklikent, Uzumlu, Calis, Fethiye, Bodrum, Milas and Kusadasi. We have resort offices in Fethiye, Milas and Kusadasi, all accounts are dealt with by our UK offices.
We provide a full holiday service for owners in full accordance with UK, EU and Turkish law.
All of the Villas we manage are given a full Health & Safety audit before renters are allowed to stay at the villa. We will check for Emergency lighting, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Blankets, Smoke detectors and First aid kits. We also check for balcony heights, pool depths etc.
We will prepare a Villa information book which contains all the necessary Health & Safety information required by law. It will also contain useful information for holidaymakers such as days out and car Hire.
Holidaymakers are provided with a mobile phone when they arrive, this ensures that they are able to keep in contact with our team.
Villas are cleaned prior to arrival by our own staff to a very high standard, they will also be cleaned every 7th day of the Holiday.
On arrival at the airport the Holidaymakers are met by one of our team and they are taken to one of our private Luxury air-conditioned vehicles for the transfer to the resort. They will be met at the villa by one of our resort staff who will conduct the welcome meeting (All services are 24 hours a day).
The Holidaymakers can pre-book Car Hire with owners via the interactive system. Cars are delivered to the villas at the same time as the Holidaymakers arrive at the villa; this is a 24 hour service so if the arrival is 03.00 the car will still be delivered at the same time.
During the holidaymakers stay they have access to two phone lines. One is a general help line for day to day problems or enquiries; they can book days out or car Hire or report minor Villa problems. They also have access to a 24 Hour Emergency Line; this is used to report Major Villa problems or Medical Emergencies. A nurse is also available on the Emergency line to answer any questions or help with major Emergencies.
